Find the right Fairplay help route

Support questions are easier to solve when they are separated by subject. Login problems belong with account access, registration questions belong with the account setup process, and payment questions should include the transaction method and current status where appropriate.

Account and login

For Fairplay ID or password questions, start with the login guide. Avoid sending passwords, OTPs or payment PINs to anyone claiming to provide support. If a recovery option is available, use the official account process.

Registration

If you are creating a new account, use the registration guide to review the basic account flow and security considerations before entering personal details.

Payments

For UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay or bank-transfer questions, keep the transaction reference and exact status available. Do not make repeated payments simply because a transaction appears delayed.

Mobile access

If a page is not loading correctly on mobile, first check the connection, browser version and domain. The mobile guide also explains the dedicated Fairplay screens available in the supplied app imagery.
